« mon domicile » just sounds a bit weird, I would've said just « je suis arrivé chez moi (I arrived at my home) »

Chez comes from the Latin word that literally means "at the house of". It was taken as a preposition in French's history.

You can also just say "je suis rentré(e)" depending on what exactly you're trying to get across
