Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

It is correct
This one is incorrect and doesn't make sense.
You can only start a question with "est-ce que" for yes/no questions. If you wanna add another question word to indicate the type of answer (où, quand, comment, but also quel X), it has to go first, then be followed by "est-ce que"
"quelle banque est-ce que la femme va choisir ?"
ahh yes. And it's safe to translate est-ce que as 'is it' in my head.
"quelle banque est-ce que la femme va choisir ?"
Which bank - is it - that the woman will choose.
Je crois que j'ai compris 💡
___
You didn't ask for that but as it seems you're looking for all the ways of asking a question, I'm also gonna add another informal way: "quelle banque la femme va choisir ?"
Same thing as your first sentence but you can put the question word first (doesn't work with "quoi" and "quand")
Got it. Does it fall under the question-formation by intonation category ?
it does
Enfin naturellement je dirais "elle va choisir quelle banque la femme ?"
