Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

Not always, specially with adjectives it can be very different.

For example: l'ancienne maison où j'habitais = the former house where i lived
La maison ancienne où j'habitais = the old house where I lived

Un certain homme = a particular man
Un homme certain = a confident man

For whole phrases, it sounds weird and can lead to confusion. Trente ans j'ai sounds like if yoda was speaking
