« Tu aimeras » and « Tu aimerais » are not the same, neither are « Il aimera/aimerait », « Nous aimerons/aimerions », « Vous aimerez/aimeriez »,  or « Ils aimeront/aimeraient »

In some regions (basically anywhere except for france more or less) the original pronunciation is retained and so there's no confusion pronunciation wise either. But context is the main factor

It's kind of like how you wouldn't mistake "she'd" (she had) for "she'd" (she would)
