it does work, it's not broken

the core sentence is "vous savez mettre les gens à l'aise"
"mettre [quelqu'un] à l'aise" means putting somebody at ease, make them feel comfortable
and "comme aucun autre" acts as an adverb qualifying "savez", meaning like no other
