Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

It seems like you tried to say "je m'appelle" which means "My name is" and doesn't fit the sentence
you would need to use the verb "parler" (to speak) and to use negation

"n' " is the contraction of "ne", and only happens when it's followed by a vowel or a mute h.
Here, it is followed by a "p", so "ne" shouldn't contract.
Importantly, you do need to add "pas" to properly negate a sentence. (ne before the verb, pas after the verb)
Lastly, "française" is the feminine adjective for something or someone who's French. When you're talking about the language itself, only "français" exists
