"c'était pour ça qu'il fallait que tu dormisses plus." (That's why you would have needed to sleep more) est une phrase correcte, mais archaique et extremement formelle, tout comme n'importe quelle phrase utilisant le subjonctif plus-que-parfait.

Le subjonctif plus-que-parfait est un temps vieilli et littéraire, utilisé dans les récits au passé.

aussi, "dormir encore" (to sleep again) vs "dormir plus" (to sleep more)

I knew the verb was “dormir” but didn’t recognise the spelling right away so I look at the conjugation table. The other modes I haven’t read much before either.

il faut que tu dormes => you need to sleep (subj present)
il faut que tu aies dormi => you need to have slept (subj past)
both are used
