Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
je sais elle dit "j'ai sorti mon album" mais je n'ecoute pas le t😠l'accent parisienne ou?
is this a sound change or shortening i should be looking out for in conversation?
the T is pronounced
c'est trop rapide pour moi alors
merci
I don't know what I can do to help really
maybe look out for some sort of "ch" sound instead?
Wait so is it common in fast French conversations for the t to sort of take on a ch sound?
it can slightly, especially before i or u sounds, but it's still considered the same T sound
