First I get an answer wrong for calling a painting a « peinture » and then I get a question where it’s required.

so indeed your first sentence was incorrect because of the gender, but duo is still pushing its usual AI bullshit

"peinture" can work as painting in the sense of an artwork, although it's only second to "tableau" which is the most common and generic one ("peinture" only works for traditional paintings, usually with actual paint)
