yeah draguer is pretty common, it's basically the direct translation to flirting

draguer is but I feel like I haven't seen un dragueur/une dragueuse in a while

i feel like some slang is un tchatcheur but it's a bit unserious + more common in the south of france

in a negative way, "fuck boy" has been adopted in the language also
