Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
It's rly poorly translated honestly
i know, i made it. is there any improvements to make
i know my french is not up to par (let alone canadian) but I really just needed some guidance and pointers
much appreciated <3
or i can just remove the whole translation all together
just some things here and there
plus rien ne va = nothing is going right anymore
t'es acculé au pied du mur = you're backed up against a wall
on dirait que ton monde va s'écrouler = it looks like your world is gonna fall apart
l'pauvre abuse des abuseurs = the poor guy is abusing abusers
(le pauvre is referring to a person)
t'es le grand champion du très bas-fond = you're the great champion of the gutter
(bas-fonds means "seedy, poor, dangerous parts of society")
tellement j'étais fucké par en dedans = I was so fucked up within, that's how fucked up I was within
(tellement is indicating the cause)
Mais faire tomber les murs, ça peut parfois surprendre = but letting down your walls can sometimes surprise you
des losers, pis c'est pas grave si tu = losers, and it's no big deal if you
(pis means and)
tant que c'est toi qui l'a choisi = as long as it's you who chose that
j'ai accepté qu'un démon me tienne en laisse = I've agreed to letting a demon keep me on a leash, I've accepted a demon's leash
( I see where you got "only" from but "que" means "that" here)
t'es un dopé loser = you're a doping loser
(dope as an adjective is slang for cool, wouldn't use it)
Ah, sorry
The translation is admittedly quite hard
I think I'd say "doped up loser" but basically the same idea
merci beaucoup!!
can i credit u in the thingy
the translations are practice and im very happy you could correct <3
