What do you mean by "generating content"? Do you mean like generating art?
If it is, I'd think the first part would better be:

"Créer des œuvres d'art ou en générer ? Ce qu'implique le partage d'art sur les réseaux sociaux"
Such as:
"Creating works of art or generating them? What implicates sharing art on social media platforms"
