Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
here, you are using "ça s'exprime" with two objects
"ça s'exprime avec le verbe X" + "ça s'exprime pas avec le verbe Y"
because you are negating a verb, you need to use "pas" for negation.
"non" doesn't negate verbs, and should strictly be used as isolated response (there are rare exceptions, but you don't need to care about that)

Both are correct, non is a bit more formal than pas.
But I'm not negating the verb, here I'm saying It is expressed with the verb x and not with the verb y
...et pas avec le verbe y or ...et non avec le verbe y
