Naturally I would say "Il travaille pour eux", "J'ai écrit avec"

I would say the same though for the second I'd go for « avec ça » or « avec celui-là »

It depends on whether or not we view the company as the institution/organisation or as the people who work there; both are possible. If the former, I would say « pour ça » or « pour celle-là »

"pour ça" sounds extremely strange to me in this case

A company is not "ça" to me

"ça" sounds like a reasoning or something similar for working

I mean personally I wouldn’t be in this situation to begin with since I would just rephrase it or not replace the object at all

I'm not sure I can think of a case where "pour eux" or "là-bas" wouldn't work

Or "chez eux"

Just I'm fairly certain "ça" just doesn't work grammatically

"pour celle-là" works if you're talking out of some kind of selection of companies

But would kinda need the context to work

Thing is that I’ve seen from time to time celui being used even when it’s not talking about a selection of things
