So you know how with « après » you can either use a past infinitive (1) or a subordinate clause preceded by que (2)? It’s the same principle but for « une fois », you use just a past participle

(1) Après avoir trouvé ses clés, Martin part.
Une fois ses clés trouvées, Martin part.
and
(2) Après qu’il a trouvé ses clés, Martin part.
Une fois qu’il a trouvé ses clés, Martin part.

With une fois, the construction can become passive

I read this as « une fois la cérémonie terminée / une fois que la cérémonie est terminée »

Notice how in my examples, « ses clés » is an object with « après » but a subject with « une fois »
