Did you get these sentences through a machine translator where the first and second sentences are not on the same line?

As in, did you ask it to translate:

Three other children come
These are the children who go to the same school as Jean

Because if so then that space might make the translator interpret the two sentences as separate

But to answer your question, it should be « les enfants »

no i summarized the info cuz the full sentence has unnecessary information something like

'Trois autres enfants viennent, et ces enfants veulent bien jouer avec Jean'

"Trois autres enfants viennent. Ce sont des enfants qui vont à la même école que Jean" → The other students who are coming also happen to be part of the group of students who go to school with Jean
