Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
elle s'est endormie = she fell asleep
elle a endormi [quelqu'un] = she got [someone] to sleep
the first is pronominal, the second isn't
"elle a endormi" is an incomplete thought by itself, it needs an object

It can't be a grammatically correct construction because EVERY pronominal verb requires être as its auxiliary.
that looks like an error to me, passé composé of pronominal verbs require using être instead of avoir as the auxiliary verb
