Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

the only fish name I've heard in french is le poisson steve
hahaha thank you anyway
Name him the French word for gold. Or whatever the brand name is for goldfish in French
I DEFINITELY know enough French to know what the word for gold is. Definitely. 100%. For sure.
goldfish are actually called red fish in French

red fish 👀 interesting
Wdym I absolutely know the word. It's in my massive lexicon of colour names that are also minerals. This is undoubtedly in my vocabulary. I know it, I swear. Absolutely.
Idk it's probably similar to "aurum" considering that's the Latin word for it
Brutal. Such unloved fish!
You could name it chocolat
It’s ‘or’
Ah, so aurum if it was slang. Which is how french was invented. Should've known
