Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

Yeah "ça va comment ?" is not generally something natives say.
Usually you can put "comment" at the end of a sentence, but "comment ça va ?" is basically a fixed idiom. It's not a spontaneous sentence that happens to contain "comment".

"spontaneous" isn't the right word. More like, it's not a sentence that is dynamically built on the fly to convey something the speaker is thinking, it's more of an automatic and unchanging idiom.
so for anything other than "Ça va" you can put interrogative words at the end, right
like "Tu cherches qui?"
