Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

J'ai juste fait qqch -> I only did something, really insisting that that's all you did
Je viens de faire qqch -> I recently did something. You can't use juste here, outside of constructions like "je viens juste de..."
so it only works if your trying to minimise or downplay something ygwim x
so je viens juste de faire would mean i just did just....
If you're using it as a restriction, yeah. And that's outside of its meaning of fair/right.
You just can't use it as an indicator of time like we do English
