se souvenir de quelque chose
but
se rappeler quelque chose (although it should be noted that this is only the case in formal "book" grammar, in reality many natives now use "de" with se rappeler)

also, they're not used the same way when they're not pronominal
you can "rappeler à quelqu'un de xyz"
but you can't use souvenir that way
