Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

As far as I can tell, it's just asking you to suggest a different way to say the same thing.
For example, instead of "ça va ?" you could say "Comment allez-vous ?"

Helloo sorry for the late reply I was in class. If that is the case then number 1 would most definitely be what you said, and 2 would be Bien, merci. Et toi? Then number 3 would be comment ca va and 4 would be A bientot
