Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
In general, "bien garder la main" means to not loose a habit or something you're good at
for example let's say you used to play basketball
but then you stopped for some reason
sometimes you would play basketball and you would say "ah il faut bien garder la main!"
