nope, an adjective ending in -n followed by a noun is a mandatory liaison denalizing the vowel sound
on its own, "bon" does have a nasalized vowel, but due to the liaison with "ami", it doesn't

"mon" is a possessive pronoun and does not work the same exact way
there is a mandatory liaison, but the "on" is still nasalized
