yeah se faire can be both, it gives no info on whether the action was desired or not

• Je me suis fait tuer/éliminer/bousculé (unwanted)
• Je me suis fait couper les cheveux/masser/couper les ongles (wanted effect)

although without context, getting transformed into a robe doesn't sound very pleasant, so I would assume unwanted

most of the "wanted" meanings I can think of are related to the body for some reason, like beauty/health
