Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
The first one is in the simple present tense and the second in the subjunctive present tense.
More about subjunctive here: https://www.lawlessfrench.com/grammar/subjunctive/
I saw a sentence that went "Je pense que nous ayons a probleme." Why not ayons?
Thanks!
Did you mean either "je pense que nous avons un problème" or "je ne pense pas que nous ayons un problème"? Because penser in the positive calls for the indicative mood while it calls for subjunctive in the interrogative or negative.
