Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
Wdym with pronouns?
like vas-y or regarde-la ?
Oh imperative, not imperfect
yes srry
This might help
thank you
Well, verbs that lose their "s" in second person (all -er + the -ir that conjugate like -er verbs) gain it back before "y" or "en"
And affirmative vs negative have different placement
ok
oh and you use the stressed pronouns for moi and toi
dis-moi, not dis-me
lève-toi
etc.
Negative imperatives just delete the subject, no pronoun movement or change though the final S deletion thing still happens for -er
