Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
I would say from absolute nothing to low B1, possible in 3 months, probably, albeit not a level that would retain itself

Zero to B1 within three months require you to interact with the language frequently and you need a lot more than that
At that point, you need to learn not just actively but passively. You might be looking at something like 6-8 hours of French. Those 6-8 hours would be 2-3 hours of active learning – doing exercises, reading new material, making and training flashcards, and so on – plus another 3-6 hours of passive learning – listening to French media, speaking to yourself in French, reading French books, and more
