Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
4:45 - you wrote out "quarter to four", so 3:45
12:07 - "douze" is 24h time
7:58 - again, you wrote "two til seven", so 6:58

It never specified to replace 12 with midi or minuit specifically in the text book. So I was just using the numbers
I thought it was similar like in English when we can use 12 am/pm or midnight/noon interchangeably
Like, we wouldn't say it's noon 36 so I didn't think it was the same in french lol
In practice, especially orally, native speakers will mix the two
