Please be patient

Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.

Pro tip: you can rename the thread title with `.tr <thread name>`

Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

I would translate like that
That’s the right book: C’est le bon livre
You are wrong: Tu as tort

#

Depends on the context

#

That’s the wrong book: C’est le mauvais livre

A dictionary such as wordreference will give you contextual translations, as it depends

yeah I looked at a dictionairy but kidna got overloaded with how many ways it can be translated

#

is there any just very common ways of saying it

#

like if you had to just say the word alone what would you say

rapid coyote
#

if all of them together is too overwhelming, just learn it for the contexts you're using it in

In this context, you can translate right as "bon" or "bonne" depending of the item's gender.
eg. C'est le bon livre

For wrong as I saw previously, I will use tort, but it's only in this exact context when someone think is right but he's not. In general, if your "wrong" can be replace in the sens by "not good" you can say something like "pas bon".
eg. That's the wrong exit -> Ce n'est pas la bonne sortie
