Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
lmao
well
(1) Remember that negation is two parts so don't just put « ne » there, put the negative adverb (pas, jamais, rien, etc). The adverb is a lot more important than the « ne ».
(2) Either use « on » or « nous », make up your mind.
(5) « bazar à terre » ? There's mess 'on land'? Did you mean 'on the ground (par terre)'? Also, make sure your agreements are in order. « des vaisselle très sale », why is the article in the plural even though the rest is in the singular?
(6) « binôme » here means partner in the sense of school or lab partner, not in the sense of someone with whom you are living
(7) Patrick has just insulted Anne by calling her a 'bloody boring moron'. The question is asking the same thing as (6) but directed to Patrick: Don't you regret your decision of living together?
Thank you. I will fix my mistakes
Okay I wrote them down. Do you know how I can rewrite number (1)?
Look at (3). Notice how the negation is not just « ne » but also « pas »? « elle ne nous aime pas »? « ne…pas » wraps around the verb which is just the auxiliary in this case. All you need to do is add the second part, the adverb
Massive example for you:
« Je n'ai jamais arrêté de t'aimer, Émilie ! (I've never stopped loving you, Émilie!) »
For number 5, « des » is actually wrong because « vaisselle » is an uncountable noun.
« Il y a de la vaisselle propre dans le lave-vaisselle. (There are some clean dishes in the dishwasher.) »
