I guess? Maybe I'm nitpicking (it wouldn't be out of character lol) but for me, words are words and most of the time French words have quite stable gender, regardless of whether they're neologisms, recent borrowings, or old (and if the gender is unstable, I think it would tend to be with older words, not with neologisms)

in any case, this sort of question is best answered by a dictionary like wiktionary or wordreference.com

@sinful zenith if you look in a bilingual dictionary, all you need to do is look for "nm" (nom masculin) or "nf" (nom féminin) which tells you if it's masc or fem
