Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
in speech they're pronounced differently
when plus means more it's pronounced with the s and when it means not anymore it's pronounced without it
in writing it can be ambiguous
but you might also say "J'ai couru encore plus hier" to make it clear that it's positive
or un peu plus, depending on what you want to say
keep in mind that's not a rule that works every single time, but with context it's usually clear
before adjectives starting with a consonant, positive plus is pronounced the same as negative plus
otherwise they're distinguished
depends on the dialect too tho
