I'd recommend shadowing people, so taking a text, listening to someone read it then read it back. A good source of content for this is spotify as they have synced lyrics.

I tried to make a recording that you can use if you need to practice this specific text, however I'm not a native so my pronunciation won't be perfect.

first reading is slow, second is a bit more natural speech.
