No, just "mon petit chiot". the gender of the word is what matters. chiot is always masculine and can refer to male or female puppies
(for a sec I wondered if "chiotte" existed but then remembered it's slang for toilet. not something you wanna call your girlfriend lol)
btw if it were a feminine noun we'd say "ma petite"

I wouldn't call my gf like that ðŸ˜
But I have heard People call their gf/bf "chat": mon chat (*but don't gender it; the femal version mean other things)
