not very casual, I'd just say "désolé" or "ma faute"
Ah, well, without more context it's hard for me to be sure what would be appropriate as a response, since there are all sorts of things you can respond "my bad" to
"pardon" could potentially be appropriate

It's "je m'excuse" but shortened
