  • "aspect" is masculine.
  • "de travaille" is not correct.
  • I think you should use "develop my skills" instead, if you want to talk about yourself you should rather use evoluer here.
  • "J'ai d'esprit d'équipe" is not correct.
  • "boulot" is quite informal, and most likely not welcomed in such a letter.
  • "j'espère [...] que je pourrais bientôt vous rencontre": there is a mistake here.
