Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
It is reasonably accurate for many applications, but can still make mistakes. I would never describe it as "over accurate"
Okay
It knows who Strawberry Shortcake the character is, so I am using deepl, word reference, and a grammar guide to learn french, can I do it that way?
Charlotte aux fraises a un ami qui s'appelle Caillou.
Sometimes I have to literally say "Mimi Lemon" or "Orange flower" to force translations for the other characters.
I highly suggest you work through grammar resources more than relying on translation software
Oh ok
Translators can lead you astray real quick without you realizing if you don't have solid bases
Oh ok
Also for specific or cultural things, you should just Google it. Or use Wikipedia and change the language (it works most of the time)
Ok
For instance, wikipédia has a whole section about the characters in Charlotte aux Fraises
