I really cannot stop myself from commenting on the « Pas le temps de niaiser » entry:

It doesn't come from the viral video, it was just made wildly popular (especially outside of Québec) because of it

Otherwise, it's just a regular québécois expression

It does say that it's 'quebecer' and only then it is said that it comes to the rest of the french world from the viral video. But it can be confusing.
