You can use « y avoir » for these type of constructions because you're asking existence
« Est-ce qu'il y a quelqu'un qui va au concert de Travis Scott ? »
« Est-ce qu'il y a des étudiants en médecine ? »
For the second construction, you can use « d'entre [pronom] » :
« Est-ce qu'il y a quelqu'un d'entre vous qui fait du surf des neiges ? »
would it be ok to say du snowboard instead of du surf des neiges
