This is the pronominal verb « se dérouler ». « dérouler » itself means to unfold, to unwind, to unroll, so « se dérouler » literally means 'unfold/unwind/unroll oneself'. Figuratively, however, it's understood as, 'to take place, to go, to proceed'
Ça se déroule bien
