Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
"ce" is a pronoun (we don't use < and > in French, but you can either use " and " or « and » if you have them available on your keyboard)
as a pronoun, it doesn't refer to anything specific - it could mean something like "this" or "that" or even "he" "she" or "they" depending on the context in which it is used
