Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

"Cet hiver, vient un film..." is how I would phrase it, using this construction, although it's a pretty stylized construction. Venir also seems fine to me here.

I'll defer to natives here though. These types of constructions can be tricky

"This winter comes a film" already sounds super odd in English to me

I'd use the verb "come out"

Which you can just use "sortir" for
