You can't say "plus bon", it's the same as "more good" in English

I think there are like three(?) irregular comparatives adjectives and one adverb in French?

cuz you have:
– bon / meilleur / le meilleur
– mauvais / pire / le pire
– petit / moindre / le moindre
– bien / mieux / le mieux

I don't think « mal » is connected to « pire » because a sentence like « Il joue au tennis plus mal qu'elle » sounds okay
