Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

Much like the general 'you' in English, such as in

You have to do XYZ
French uses 'on'. 'Nous' is only really used if you're talking about very specific people of which you're a part.

So it's a general 'We have five Englishmen/there are five Englishmen in the team.'

But it's not clear who's saying the phrase so it's hard to be sure
