Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

Two things:
(1) 'Conversion rate' exists but it doesn't mean what you think it means. Conversion rate describes the ratio between visitors and sales of a particular website. The correct term you're thinking of is exchange rate.
(2) Replace « lorsque » with « quand ». « lorsque » is more formal.

une dernière chose, si on parle avec quelqu'un qui travaille à la service clientèle, est-ce que cela justifie utiliser lorsque au lieu de « quand » pour être plus formel ? ou dans ce cas-la c'est encore plus naturel de dire « quand » ?
