Your mistake here is that you’re translating this word for word.
(1) « pour parlant »
The gerund in French is rarely used. After prepositions and conjunctions, the infinitive is used so « pour parler ».
Also, that verb is inappropriate IMO. ‘To use (utiliser)’ is best.
(2) La premiere est combiner
First, la première.
Second, « être » is often followed by a preposition, either à or de. For clear objects, à is used.
(3) la version conjugée
la version conjuguée. G followed by a front vowel (E, I) will be soft like the J in James.
(4) du verbe à créer une phrase
So, here we’ll use « pour » as it designates purpose: ‘Use the infinitive in order to create a verb’.
(5) “tu vas laver (you will wash)”
This is correct, just missing an object.
