Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
i think French teachers shout to grab attention quickly and easily

The only one I remember is
Teacher: Chip, chocolat, gomme...
Students: peanut!
Otherwise they were either turning off or flashing the lights

Dans ce cas-là les élèves disent "peanut", puisque le nombre de syllables marche mieux pour le rythme (pam pa-pa-pam pam, pam pam). Mais normalement dans tout autre contexte au Québec on dit "arachide"
En fait le mot officiel au Québec est "arachide", mais l'anglicisme "peanut" est parfois utilisé quand on parle. Par exemple "je mange du beurre de peanut" est pas rare, mais "je mange du beurre d'arachide" est plus officiel/bien parlé
