Please be patient

Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.

Pro tip: you can rename the thread title with `.tr <thread name>`

Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

Looks good to me. 'I think/je pense' here is more of an interjection, it doesn't form part of the sentence. In careful writing, commas would be put to mark that:
« Voici celui que, je pense, tu aimerais. »
'This is the one that, I think, you would like.'

#

Subjunctive use after « penser » is more after inverted questions and negatives:
« Tu penses qu'elle a tort. »
« Penses-tu qu'elle ait tort ? »
« Tu ne penses pas qu'elle ait tort. »

on the topic of this, when would celui/celle/etc qui be?
would it be when the subject is animate?

When it's doing the action.

« Celle que tu aimes »
–> celle is the object of the subordinate, « tu aimes celle »
« Celle qui t'aime. »
–> celle is the subject of the subordinate, « celle t'aime »
