A pronoun is supposed to replace the noun it references, you don't use it alongside said noun.

Ceci/Cela -> This/that (without the noun). Like when asked at a bakery which sandwich you want and you point and say 'This/that one!'

This/that + noun, such as 'this/that car' would be 'ce' for masculine nouns and 'cette' for feminine ones (or 'ces' for plurals):

This/that book -> Ce livre (m.)
This/that car -> Cette voiture (f.)
These cars -> Ces voitures

Or 'cet' for feminine nouns starting with a vowel:

This/that orangutan -> cet orang-outan

im not sure if anyone else has pointed it out, but you can say "ce livre-ci" although "ce livre-là" would be more natural unless you're contrasting ci with là
